What We Will Never Ask For
The help desk never asks for a password, OTP, UPI PIN, bank or card details, or any payment. There is no 9K Club phone line, WhatsApp number or Telegram group. Anyone contacting you that way in our name is not us.
Report a Copy or a Scam
Seen a fake app, a paid "prediction" group or a site asking for money under the 9K Club name? Send us the link or a screenshot. If you have already lost money or shared an OTP, call the cybercrime helpline 1930 first and file a report at cybercrime.gov.in; speed matters for getting money frozen.

Questions
My coins went back to 1,000. Did I lose them?+
Coins are saved in your browser. A private window, a different browser, cleared site data or the iPhone home-screen app each start fresh. Open the site in the browser you used before and your coins are there.
The wheel does not turn when I press Spin.+
Choose a pick first (a colour, Big or Small, or a number), and check that your coins cover the chip. If the button still stays grey, refresh the page.
How do I switch to Hindi?+
Tap हिं at the top right of any page. The game, the steps and the questions switch, and the site remembers your choice.
